The National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) North Central Zone warmly congratulates Comr. Agada Noah on his emergence as the newly elected Vice President, Internal Affairs of the National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) at the just-concluded NAPS National Convention held in Abuja.
His emergence is a remarkable achievement and a testament to the confidence reposed in his leadership capacity, experience, commitment and understanding of the dynamics of student representation. The North Central Zone is particularly proud to celebrate this milestone with him, having witnessed his active participation in the affairs of the Association and his engagements with stakeholders during the build-up to the national convention.
As Vice President, Internal Affairs, Comr. Agada Noah assumes an important responsibility within the national leadership structure of NAPS. The office places him at the heart of efforts to strengthen internal coordination, promote effective communication among the various structures of the Association and foster greater unity among its members. At a time when NAPS continues to expand its national relevance and engage more deeply with issues affecting polytechnic students, the importance of a strong and coordinated internal structure cannot be overstated.
His emergence also comes at a significant moment for the Association. The recently concluded convention in Abuja brought together student leaders and stakeholders from across the country and provided an opportunity for the NAPS community to determine the leadership that would guide the Association into its next chapter. With the emergence of a new national leadership team, expectations are naturally high, and the responsibility before every elected officer is to transform the confidence of delegates into meaningful service.
For Comr. Agada Noah, this new responsibility presents an opportunity to contribute to building a more united, responsive and effective NAPS. Internal affairs are fundamental to the stability of any national organization, and the Vice President’s role requires diplomacy, accessibility, consultation and a genuine understanding of the concerns of different chapters, institutions, zones and student leaders.
The North Central Zone believes that effective internal administration should not merely be about managing structures; it should be about strengthening relationships. It should ensure that voices from the grassroots are heard at the national level, that communication flows effectively across the various organs of the Association and that differences are managed through dialogue, understanding and responsible leadership.
As a leader from the North Central constituency taking up a national responsibility, Comr. Agada Noah’s emergence is also a source of pride for the Zone. His new position further demonstrates the capacity of leaders from the region to contribute meaningfully to the national leadership and development of NAPS. The Zone remains committed to producing and supporting leaders who understand that student leadership is ultimately about service, representation and impact.
The North Central Zone therefore looks forward to a productive tenure under the new national administration and believes that Comr. Agada Noah will bring his experience, energy and commitment to the discharge of his responsibilities.
